Dry Cleaning Service
Please Read This Agreement: This is a Customer Service Agreement between Pressed & Proper mobile dry cleaning service and you (“Customer”), an individual, for Dry clean laundry services. Pressed & Proper mobile dry cleaning service reserves the right to deny service to any customer at the discretion of the company. The following terms and conditions of service apply to your service agreement:
1. Limitation of Liability
The customer is responsible for any and all damage caused by any items left in the customer’s clothing or laundry bag that cause damage to the clothing of any customer, the cleaning machines, or any other property of Pressed & Proper mobile dry cleaning service or its other parties or customers. Pressed & Proper mobile dry cleaning service is not responsible for, and shall not pay for, any loss, damage or theft of items left unattended by the customer for pickup or delivery. You agree that Pressed & Proper mobile dry cleaning service may refuse to launder an item and send it back unwashed with an explanatory note, if we think it will become damaged or damage other items. Stain removal is not guaranteed. Depending on the nature and condition of the garment, we will exercise caution and care when removing stains and processing garments. Missing or damaged items must be reported to Pressed & Proper mobile dry cleaning service within three (3) days of picking up your laundry bag. If a customer is able to provide proof of purchase and purchase amount of the lost or damaged item, Pressed & Proper mobile dry cleaning service will provide a full refund for each individual item and the maximum total reimbursement per customer will not exceed $100. Pressed & Proper mobile dry cleaning service is not liable for any pre existing damage to garments and reserves the right to return any item without cleaning it if any pre existing damage is found or if we have a concern about the color fastness or the age or weakness of the fabric.
Customer agrees to pay the total amount according to card issuer agreement. All dry cleaning turned in to Pressed & Proper mobile dry cleaning service by an authorized user of that account will be cleaned. The customer must pay the agreed upon charges on the item list. All sales are final and all payments are non-refundable. All orders will be billed once they are ready for delivery. Systems used are PCI compliant and information is kept confidential. Accounts that require payment via cheque can be addressed to Pressed & Proper Mobile dry cleaning service.
3. Dry-Clean Charge
The Customer agrees to provide their real credit card information for payment on our site and allow Pressed & Proper mobile dry cleaning service to charge his or her credit card for the items placed.
4. Placing an Order
Any orders placed online by 3pm will be picked up on the same business day. All orders placed online after will be scheduled for the following business day. Orders can be scheduled for future dates online. Orders are processed and typically returned within a 48 hour period, unless a repair or extra cleaning/attention to the garment is required. Any concerns or questions regarding an order must be brought to our attention within 48 hours after receiving the order. This can be done via email or by telephone.
